Privacy Policy

LYFE Solutions, LLC

Effective Date: May 21, 2026

LYFE Solutions, LLC ("LYFE," "Live Your Fullest Experience," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website liveyourfullestexperience.com, provides human coaching services, and develops and operates The Forge, a journaling, SMART-goal, and personal intelligence software platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, apply for access, use The Forge, participate in coaching, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with LYFE.

The Forge is currently an invite-only, opt-in private beta. No user may access The Forge without an invitation and without affirmatively accepting our Terms of Service.

We take privacy seriously because the content users may submit to The Forge can be deeply personal. Users may write about emotions, relationships, habits, goals, distress, personal history, mental-health-adjacent experiences, grief, conflict, addiction, identity, family, work, or other sensitive topics. This Privacy Policy is intended to be plain about what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

1. Important Notice: LYFE Is Not a Medical or Mental Health Provider

LYFE is not a medical provider, mental-health provider, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, crisis service, or emergency service.

Our coaching services are personal development and life coaching services. The Forge is a self-reflection, journaling, goal-setting, and personal intelligence software tool.

Neither LYFE coaching nor The Forge provides medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or professional mental-health care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call emergency services immediately. In the United States, you may call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 in an emergency.

Journal content may include sensitive personal information if you choose to write about it. This may include, for example, information about health, mental health, relationships, sexuality, trauma, religion, family, addiction, employment, finances, or other private matters.

Please do not submit information you do not want processed by The Forge or its service providers.

We may receive limited billing information such as name, email, purchase amount, subscription or payment status, and transaction identifiers. We do not intend to store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Provider Disclosure

The Forge uses artificial intelligence to process user-written content.

When you submit journal entries, guided responses, letters, goals, tasks, or other reflective content, portions of that content may be transmitted to a third-party AI provider, currently OpenAI, through an API. OpenAI processes the submitted content to help generate summaries, reflections, pattern detection, goal breakdowns, theme identification, and related outputs.

This means your journal content may be sent to and processed by OpenAI in order to provide The Forge's features.

OpenAI states that, as of March 1, 2023, data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models unless the customer explicitly opts in. OpenAI also states that API abuse-monitoring logs may contain customer content such as prompts and responses and are retained up to 30 days by default, unless longer retention is required by law or necessary to protect services or third parties.

We do not control OpenAI's infrastructure. OpenAI's handling of data is governed by its applicable terms, data-processing terms, and policies.

We may change AI providers or add additional providers in the future. If we make material changes to how user content is processed by third-party AI providers, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, notify users.

5. Sensitive Information

Because The Forge is a journaling and self-reflection platform, users may choose to submit sensitive personal information.

We do not require you to submit sensitive information. If you choose to submit it, you consent to our processing of that information for the purpose of operating The Forge and providing requested features.

Sensitive information may be processed to:

  • Store your journal entries.
  • Generate summaries.
  • Identify recurring patterns.
  • Track goals.
  • Surface themes.
  • Create user-facing reflections.
  • Improve your personal experience within the product.
  • Provide beta support and debugging when needed.

We aim to treat this information carefully and limit access to what is necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

6. How We Share Information

We may share personal information with the following categories of recipients.

6.1 Service Providers

We may share information with third-party service providers that help us operate LYFE, such as:

  • Database/storage providers.
  • AI API providers.
  • Email providers.
  • Analytics providers.
  • Payment processors.
  • Security tools.
  • Customer support tools.
  • Scheduling or communication tools.

These providers may process personal information on our behalf to provide services to us.

6.2 AI Providers

As described above, user content may be transmitted to OpenAI or future AI providers to power The Forge's AI features.

6.3 Legal, Safety, and Compliance

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation.
  • Respond to lawful requests.
  • Protect our rights, safety, users, or the public.
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Prevent harm.

6.4 Business Transfers

If LYFE is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections where applicable.

We do not sell your journal content.

We do not publish your private journal content.

We do not use your journal content for advertising targeting.

We do not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or medical advice.

We do not promise that AI-generated outputs are complete, accurate, clinically valid, or professionally reviewed.

8. User Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of the journal entries, letters, goals, reflections, and other original content you submit to The Forge ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant LYFE a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, analyze, display, reproduce, and otherwise use that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

This license exists only so we can operate The Forge and provide requested features.

9. AI-Generated Outputs

The Forge may generate summaries, pattern reflections, goal breakdowns, labels, tags, themes, or other outputs based on your User Content.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fail to capture nuance. They are not professional advice, clinical conclusions, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.

You should use your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals before relying on any output for significant personal, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relational, or safety-related decisions.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your account and User Content within 30 days, unless we are legally required or reasonably permitted to retain certain information for legitimate business, legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion as part of routine backup cycles, but deleted content will not be restored to active systems except where necessary for security, legal, or disaster-recovery reasons.

11. Export and Deletion Rights

You may request to export or delete your User Content by contacting us at:

legal@liveyourfullestexperience.com

We will make reasonable efforts to provide export functionality or respond to export requests.

You may request deletion of your account and User Content. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days, subject to the limitations described above.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling export or deletion requests.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no internet-based service, cloud platform, software system, database, or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

13. Confidentiality and Coaching

We intend to treat coaching communications as private and confidential, subject to practical and legal limitations.

Coaching confidentiality is not the same as attorney-client privilege, therapist-client privilege, doctor-patient privilege, or any other legally protected clinical relationship.

We may disclose coaching-related information if required by law, to protect safety, to respond to legal process, to enforce agreements, to collect unpaid fees, or with your consent.

14. Children and Age Restrictions

LYFE and The Forge are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly permit minors to use The Forge.
